The one I purchased in March of 2019 did not and may very well have been an earlier model. I would contact TriStar Customer Service with the UPC code to confirm if the Shim Kit is now included. Hate to think that I got an incomplete shotgun or that my FFL took it out when checking my shotgun into their log and forgot to put it back in the box. I had a similar experience with a handgun accessory and came to an agreement with my FFL to only open my firearms with me present. Cheers!
