Is this lower actually cerakoted as described in your listing? Or is it just a black lower with FDE Grip, Buttstock and trigger guard?

The receiver is forged 7075-T6 aluminum with Mil-Spec Type III Class 2 anodizing. The pistol grip and stock will be FDE.
