No. If your state doesn't allow high capacity magazines they cannot send them to you. When they remove the high capacity mags to be legal you forfeit the high capacity mags and have to find your own that are compliant.

William, unfortunately not Sir. Buds will only remove magazines if capacity is the only State restriction. I wish Buds would but I have asked this directly and the answer was no. Cheers and stay safe!

William, No state restricted magazine will be shipped. They will remove the restricted standard capacity magazine and you can purchase the state restricted magazine.
