Yes! It will work with higher capacity magazine. Interchangeable magazine wells for use of common Ruger and Glock magazines. Ships with SR-Series/Security-9 pistol magazine well installed and an additional magazine well accepting Glock magazines is included*. Gabriel, yes it does have the 6 Position Magpul MOE Stock. Most manufacturers including Ruger make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their firearms can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The firearms are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The firearms will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.
