Robert, this does have a Threaded Barrel Sir. The NJ capacity restriction only pertains to the Magazine capacity and not a chambered round. Cheers and stay safe!

Robert, it's not the 10+1 that kills it, it's the folding stock along with a threaded barrel (yes this has a threaded barrel) , which makes this illegal in the Peoples Republik of NJ. Robert, Way too many NJ restricted features. You should always check with your local FFL if there are any left in NJ. They will let you know what is compliant in your municipality and what is restricted.
