You can fire and chamber .327 Federal Magnum but no one knows about the safety as .327 is a much higher pressure round than 32 mag or 32 S&W long. There are a few people out there who regular shoot .327 through this pistol and reports no issue what so ever. I would not risk it. So, 32 S&W and 32 S&W Long will work with this 32 mag for sure.
