Azam, yes Sir the Emperor Arms MTP20 20 Ga is CA compliant as Pump Shotguns do not carry the same restrictions as Semi-Auto Shotguns. Details under Shotguns here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
