YES, CHURCHILL 612HD is a Remington 870 clone made by Akkar in Turkey. This kit will fit Maverick 88, Mossberg 500/535/590/835, Remington 870, and Winchester 1200/1300 pump action shotguns. I hope this helps

Eric, Yes this furniture will work on the 612HD. May take some minor adjustments for any of the shotgun models it fits.
