Charles, yes Sir. This model has U-Dot Fixed High visibility sights. U-Dot Sight provides the ability to quickly locate your front sight for accurate shot placement. Sight features a high visibility tritium and luminescent front sight.

YES, Tritium/Luminescent Front and Tactical Rack U-Notch Rear. The rear sight is not a night sight and can be replaced with Trijicon HD rear site for XDM 9/40. I hope this helps
