The glock conversion would likely be easier then the 1911 conversion. Handgun hero lets you compare size and dimensions And it looks like the G24 (40SW Longslide) and the G40 (10MM Longslide) have very similar frames. Shaun, I don't know if you already have the pistols you mention. If not, I use 10mm handguns and my Glock 20 has 4 barrels. 10mm, 40S&W, .357Sig and 9x25 Dillon. 4 calibers through one handgun with just a barrel change is serious versatility. Much easier to get the 10mm as all these calibers are based off of the 10mm parent cartridge.
