Why is the Ruger Precision Rifle RPR .300 Win Mag out of stock everywhere? I get that it's a great gun with fantastic reviews but NOBODY has it in stock? Is there a reason other than just the supply/demand angle? Is Ruger coming out with a new generation of them?

Grant, the current sustained high demand, low supply and current US affairs all are playing a role in record number of firearms purchases especially with 1st time buyers. Ruger does have plans for a generation update... it's just a matter of when. I would also check on large gun and accessory sites like (6)un (8)roker and Armslist as discontinued and hard to find firearms and accessories show up for sale by private individuals and small shops. Just replace (6) & (8) with G & B. Cheers and stay safe!
