No sir there are no SW M&P2.0 on the California doj approved roster there ate some shield models or the SD9VE. Here is a link to the doj list, if its not on the list its not California legal https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search

Christopher, No this S&W handgun is not CA compliant. Of the 172 S&W handguns that are CA compliant only certain S&W Shield models are the only 9 mm handguns that are CA compliant.
