George, this Istanbul, TURKEY made shotgun has a 1 year warranty. The gun would have to be sent directly with warranty repairs in BC (Listed in the Owners Manual) which ship to Turkey for repairs.. For a little more money you could get a Mosberg maverick, and for a little more then that you could get a Mosberg 500 series or a remington 870, then you get a manufacturer rebate from US made product, by US based company, and you'll likely never have to send it in for warranty work anyways with mossberg or Remington.
