Thomas, they are actually even quality wise Sir. I have two Charter Arms Under-cover's and my brother has one Rock Island M206. We have shot each others and agree they are matched quality wise. In this case, just pick the one that you think ergonomically serves your purpose best. Cheers and stay safe!
Thomas, What brand of tires you like. As far as the quality, customer service, and value these two wheel guns are pretty equal. I would call the finish on the Charter Arms more pleasing. Charter Arms is lighter at 17 OZ compared to 24 oz M206. Also if you are looking at the spurless or hammerles M206 that could be a benefit. would get the Charter Arms just due to lighter weight if I was not a S&W guy. Buy whatever you can find. They are both quality value revolvers.
