Virginia is kind of the Hotspot in the nation right now for government over reach and the people standing up for their rights. I could find no information stating that this firearm is currently prohibited, but you might want to check with a local gunshop/ffl as they will be more up to date then anyone here in the buds community. And if they say its good to go, snag it up quick because those running the state are trying to strip your rights, don't wait until your states like California,act now.
