No. 454Casull is way higher pressure than 45Colt. If you had a 454Casull revolver you could shoot 45Colt in it, but it does not work the other way around.
NO, .454 Casull is TOO HOT (high pressure) compare to .45 Colt. You can shoot 45 Colt through 454 Casull gun but you CANNOT shoot .454 Casull through 45 colt gun. I hope this helps
Jacob, no Sir. The much higher pressure of the 454 Casull would damage the firearm in short order. 45 Colt has, around 14,000 psi of pressure. A 454Casull has around 55,000 psi.. A .45 Long Colt will fit in the cylinder of a gun chambered in .454 Casull. A .454 Casull will NOT fit in a gun chambered for .45 LC. This is the same scenario as a .357Mag/.38Spec.
