I couldnt find any info on the sights. Call buds during buissnes hours at 859-368-0371, 9am-9pm eastern Mon-Fri use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday
I believe that this is the same adjustable sight as the standard M91. HOWEVER, contact Buds customer service to be sure. CALL 859-368-0371, 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri OR use the blue "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner 9am - 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am - 7pm Sunday. I hope this helps

David, This model Carcano has an adjustable rear sight in front of the receiver.
