Jeff, the process is straight forward. Select a handgun that is on the CA DPJ Approved Roster - add it to your cart - select your local FFL Dealer - select payment method - pay - Buds will ship to your selected FFL Dealer who will contact you automatically to come in and do the paperwork and pay the transfer fee.
