I saw a rifle got fired .22 Long rifle and 22-250. Does anyone know of any other rifles that work with a small and large caliber?

These guns use an adapter/chamber sleeve to be able to fire multiple calibers. There are break open single shot shotgun out there that does this. Check out X-Caliber X-treme and Chiappa X-Caliber

Tyler, the 22-250 to 22LR Adapter used to be common but are hard to find now. There were other calibers such as .223 to 22LR adapters as well.  Example  : https://collectibleammunition.com/product/22lr-to-22-250-chamber-adapter/
