Greg, the gun IS legal in NJ. A pistol grip is illegal on a semi-auto shotgun. The RZ17 Tactical is a pump, so it is perfectly legal to own in NJ. You can not walk into their store and buy it, it is out of stock in store, but it is available on line. Simply purchase on line and Bud's will ship it to your FFL of choice for transfer.
