When checking out you should've selected a transfer dealer before being able to continue. You can log into your account and view the order in your order history to see where it's being shipped. If you still have questions you can call buds. It wouldn't be a bad idea to call the transfer dealer and see what he charges and make sure it's ok
I didn't think Jimenez was legal in Illinois. If you are experiencing a delivery problem, this may be why. This gun will not pass your melting point laws. Jimenez uses pot metals for manufacturing.
I found this online, Firearms Laws for Illinois A synopsis of state laws on purchase, possession and carrying of firearms. Compiled by: NRA-Institute for Legislative Action 11250 Waples Mill Road Fairfax, Virginia 22030 (800) 392-8683 www.nraila.org It is unlawful for a dealer to sell any handgun "having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or any other nonhomogeneous metal which will melt or deform at a temperature of less than 800 degrees F.
Joseph, unfortunately All guns manufactured by Jimenez are constructed of injection-molded Zamak, a zinc alloy. This violates IL "Melting Point Laws" on firearms.
