This is just the front cap for the CGS MOD9 suppressor and NOT A SUPPRESSOR UNIT. It is just a part of the suppressor. If you have an MOD 9 suppressor then this is compatible with that. It will NOT FIT p99 9mm pistol by itself. I hope this helps

James, No this silencer front cap will not fit any firearm just the silencer it is meant for.
