So to take advantage of that discount follow the info un that link to submit your papers to get you eligible for your qp discount, then when you select your firearm go to check out, select your ffl to ship too, then after it ships the rest of the transfer would be the exact same as if you were buying the firearm from a local gun shop, (except the gun itself is already paid for, you still have e to pay all transfer, background check and registration fees to your ffl) but that's it, besides paying for the gun online everything else is just luke a reguala firearms purchase in your state
