It looks like it only comes with the 45 long colt cylinder. https://www.uberti-usa.com/search/site/344691 Besides looking it up on Uberti's site I verified this across other one vendors listing for this exact same item and buds just had a typo in the description where it says 45acp, it is just the one cylinder in 45 LC.

I dod some more looking around on uberti site to see if this model is or ever was made in 45acp and it is not nor has it, they do have it available in 357magnum, 38special, and of course 45LC. https://www.uberti-usa.com/birds-head-revolver Full list of the old and new models, along with specs of you scroll down the page to where it says specifications.
