Connecticut does not regulate ammunition sales, except to the extent that it prohibits anyone from knowingly distributing, transporting, importing into the state, keeping, offering, or exposing for sale, or giving anyone any "armor-piercing .50 caliber bullet" or "incendiary .50 caliber bullet" So yeah 410 target ammo is good to go in CT https://www.cga.ct.gov/2012/rpt/2012-R-0390.htm

Wayne, you can purchase ammo and have it shipped to your house, but you will have to send Bud's your credentials before it can be shipped.
