Yes sir you are correct the only difference is the magazine capacity, even the overall height of the gun is the same, the v only difference is 15rd vs 17rd all other specs are identical "Low Bore Axis Aggressive Slide Serrations Serialized Internal Chassis Modular Grip Frame Housing Polymer Frame Interchangeable Backstraps Ambidextrous Slide Stop Reversible Magazine Release Fixed Three Dot Sights Overall length 7.55" Height 5.6" Weight 28.24 oz Black "
Evan, that is the only difference. Most manufacturers including Beretta make firearm packages that have 10rd, 15rd or higher capacity magazines so their pistols can also be sold in states that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd, 15rd of higher capacity mags included. The pistols will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine. Cheers and stay safe!
