Is the "Just Right Carbines JRC .45 ACP G3 Take Down" legal in NJ if the stock is modified as fixed?
If you could find one with a fixed stock, and a 10rd magazine (this one comes with a 13rd) buds would remove the magazines for you but they will not ship to NJ for modifications to me made by a 3rd party. So you would need to find someone selling it that would be willing to ship it for modifications or one that already has a fixed stock. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
Eugene, unfortunately, Buds does not do modifications on firearms other than magazine replacement/removals. They will not ship a firearm to a restricted locals FFL for modification. I would see if your FFL could order you one and they modify once received. Cheers and stay safe!
Eugene, the pistol grip and threaded barrel make this gun illegal in the Peoples Republik of NJ, regardless of whether the stock is pinned or not. That and the 13 rd magazine. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
