The card value will just be added as a credit on your account that can then be used or emailed to another recipient, there should be no shipping involved. Also I believe they can be any amount. And on a side note, the only items that should ever need to be sent to a dealer are firearms, NFA items, and sometimes ammunition and specific accessories in states with particularly stringent firearm laws.
