Canik tp9 is NOT CA COMPLIANT. Check list of legal CA handgun HERE ( https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search ). I hope this helps

Unfortunately no, no pistols can be purchased in California that are not on the CA DOJ APPROVED HANDGUN ROSTER.
