I think the shop you're referring to is Tactical Creations LLC at 402 W 4th St. it doesn't look like Buds' has a copy of their FFL on file so you would probably need to contact them in order to get that set up. Another shop in town SpecWar Tactical, LLC was on file with Buds at one point but that may have expired, could be worth contacting them too.
