You are correct this is the exact same magazine that comes with the MP 2.0 Compact, and will work with the compact and subcompact models (will not work with shield or full size) one thing id point out is that buds description lists this as an Aluminum magazine and it is actually a steel magazine (same as the ones that come with the pistol)
