I would contact Buds Customer Service directly at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. OR use the blue "Chat now" button at the bottom right corner 9am - 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am - 7pm Sunday.

Chancellor, Buds will send you an estimated dollar amount first for you to agree or decline. Cheers and stay safe!

No, you simply fill out the form and wait for them to respond. There will be instructions on how to send your firearm to them when they send their quote.

They will email you an offer, or request for more info, your in way obligated to accept or ship your firearm.
