Mike, Bud's will not replace the magazines, it's up to you to replace them.

Mike, you have to get replacements as the removed magazines would still be illegal for Buds to send separately to MD. Cheers and stay safe!

They remove the high capacity magazines to make them when doing so will make it compliant in restrictive states, but are unable to send the magazines to a state that prohibited them.  You'll have to buy compliant magazines separately
