This model of the Ruger ECS 13201 Does have a manual safety You can verify this on rugers site. Yes, it has a manual safety. All EC9s models do. The LC9s could be had with or without, but it's standard on the EC9s.
Gary, yes, this model has a Manual Safety. All the Ruger EC9s do. I would recommend the similar sized SCCY CPX-2 (has no manual safety) and Crimson Trace Red Dot : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/121486/sccy+cpx-2+9mm+black+10%2b1 --------------------------------- https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/121494/sccy++cpx-2+9mm+ss%2fblk+10%2b1+red+dot
