All firearms must ship to an FFL (federal firearms licensee, or gunshop) accessories and non regulated items can ship to an apartment. For firearms you'll have to still do a transfer and background check through your selected ffl.

William, depends on what you are buying. All firearms must be shipped to a FFL. Ammo can be shipped to you door in most states.
