This rifle has to many Prohibited features - This rifle has a flash suppressor, a detachable magazine, flash suppressor. The following are restricted in California. ✘ Semi-automatic centerfire rifles with a fixed magazinethat exceeds 10 rounds. ✘ Semi-automatic centerfire rifles that have an overall length of less than 30".
