Donald, yes Sor. The top of the magazine is identical to the original as far as insertion and lock in, just longer as you already know. Full size mags work in all the models through subcompact and not the other way around due to subcompact/compact mag shortness in the full size pistols. Happy Holidays and stay safe!

No, this will not fit an XD-E. The XD-E is a single stack 9mm, these mags are for the XD striker fired models.
