Glock model numbers starting with U are made in the US while the model numbers that start with P are from Austria. Everything about it should be identical other than the country listed on the side. The picture is probably showing PG2150203, looks like most sites listing this model have the Austrian gun in the picture instead of the US model.

Glock USA is a Division of and has been producing high quality firearms in Smyrna Georgia for many years. With how many Glocks are sold in the USA it makes Logistical sense to open a plant in the USA, it makes it quicker and easier to get them to market, the American made glocks are evey bit as reliable and well made as the ones in Austria, and tested side by side with the Austrian made pistols they are equal in every way.

You ordered a U.S made G21. It's even in the description- US. No difference between the U.S. and Austrian models, they're made from the same materials on the same machinery in both countries.
