Contact Buds Customer Service for info at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. Or use the blue "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. They will be helpful with this question.

Craig, yes you do. I would ask Buds Customer Service to waive any cancellation fees if brought up at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
