Yes this optic will mount to any 1913 mil standard pic rail which your Walther has.

Jimmy, yes Sir. Just remember to mount as far forward in the Picatinny Rail slot as possible befor you snug it down on your Walther Arms Hammerli Semi Auto 22 LR. Cheers and stay safe!
