Kent, this model is a Safety/Decocker and I have not seen a Decocker Only version yet but, Beretta does offer a Decocker Only Kit.

No, but there is a kit to convert any 92 to a G type configuration. It's worth mentioning this model hasn't been produced for quite a while.
