Yes, most items have the option to remove the high capacity mags if that is the only reason it cannot be shipped to your state. You'll see the option for this on the checkout page. You'll have to buy magazines separately though.

Yes they will remove standard capacity magazines and ship the fire arm if magazine capacity is the only feature that is banned in your state, however they do not replace the magazines with state compliant versions, you will have to purchase them separately.
