Omar, you can select the "Trade With Gurney" Link or just call Buds for instructions at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
You will have to contact buds for that. The community is made up of buds customers There is a link or icon you can click on that says trade with gurney or something like that. You can click on that to submit a trade and they will get back with you with an offer. You may be better off selling your howa locally and putting that money towards the pistol.
