Christopher, unfortunately no. Since this is a Police Trade In, it will likely have over 10rd Capacity Magazines plus this model is not on the CA DOJ Approved Roster : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151003
Unfortunately no this pistol is not CA compliant, at the begging of the year certification expired on many handguns in CA, and the state has no current plans to renew any of those. No sir, however if you move to America you can buy it legally. Kidding about the moving thing, but it's not ca legal. Good luck.
