This is good to go in Massachusetts, Massachusetts has restrictions on semi-auto shotguns but not pump actions. This one is legal in Mass. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/massachusetts_restrictions.pdf

Jason, yes Sir it is. Pump Action Shotguns do not carry the same restrictions as Semi Auto Shotguns Sir. It is good to go. Cheers and stay safe
