According to EAA's website this shotgun has a 3" chamber. https://eaacorp.com/product/akkar-churchill-612-pump/ You should not try to run 3½" shells through a shotgun that's chambered for 3" shells. If your manual says that its a 3½" then it may just require a break in with a couple hundred rounds of 3" shells. If a break in doesn't fix the issue and your certain its 3½" Then you'll need to contact EAA about warranty repair Repairs. https://eaacorp.com/repair-warranty/
