YES, will fit Ruger predator 223 rifle with a factory-installed Picatinny rail and DOES NOT need scope rings to fits. However, NCstar scope is not of good quality and has a hard time holding zero. I recommend you look at the Primary arms website and purchase their optics for a little more. I hope this helps!

Yes this will fit any Piccitany rail or weaver rail, with no need to purchase additional rings or mounts, I've seen where some people put a riser on this for use with an AR15, to achieve a co-witness with their iron sights and to have a more heads up position when looking through their scope, but that's all a matter of personal preference and is not required
