No this mounts has 1" rings with is about 25mm

NO, this is a scope ring for 1" scopes for an in-line muzzleloader. It is TOO SMALL for 33mm tube. Find larger scope rings HERE ( https://www.midwayusa.com/scope-rings/br?cid=698 ) I hope this helps!
