This model VP9B has luminous 3 dot night sights, they don't have tritium inserts so in order to glow in the dark they have to be charged by being in the light, then they'll glow for a short time afterward. So they'll be visible in the dark if carried OWB where light is shining on them and then you deploy them in the dark, but they will not be lit up coming from a night stand or gun safe.
YES, it has luminous 3 dot night sights that will glow with some light source. It's not true night sights and will not work in a pitch-black environment (need some light source). I hope this helps!
Gabe, the VP9B has luminous (3) Dot Night Sights (not true tritium night sights). They are light source charged as in this video example demo (I keep a mini flash light by my home defense pistol and on my key chain as they are quickly charged) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJyW8Cy4Flo
