Yes that one good to go in MD "Shotguns The following are prohibited: ✘ Shotguns with a capacity over 10 rounds in a detachable magazine. ✘ Semi-automatic shotgun that has a folding stock (Not including telescoping [collapsible] stock) ✘ Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder."
